Art by Simon Stålenhag

Sorry for the lack of a post yesterday. I was traveling in San Antonio and enjoying the history, restaurants, and beer of the city!

One of the biggest problems I've had with Windows over the years is that Windows assumes your computer belongs to Microsoft, and acts accordingly.

As things go, some of the educational software being forced upon your children's computers and devices are just as invasive as letting a stranger wander into their bedroom.

New art books from Simon Stålenhag! If you've never checked out this man's art, you are missing out. He does sci-fi in a way I've never quite seen before, and he depicts rural cyberpunk in a way that feels absolutely real.

The Internet Archive is helping libraries in more ways than one.

So... have you ever seen Patrick Stewart or Yul Brynner with hair?
